Iva Mykhailian's Biography
Since childhood that I love books, especially books with beautiful and interesting pictures. This love has become my work and my inspiration. I adore fairy tales, mystical and magical stories. It seems to me than more magic in the lives of children and adults, the more beauty in this world.
Iva (Ivanna) Mykhailian is an illustrator, born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1990.
She graduated the National Art School in Faculty Graphic and Painting and then graduated the Kiev National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture specializing in screen arts.
Iva illustrates books and creates visual series using watercolor, gouache, acrylic, pencil and computer graphics. She has designed and illustrated fairy-tales, classical stories, science books, book covers.
Iva Mykhailian has participated in several art exhibitions. She won 3rd place for her illustrations to the "Magic Shop" H.G. Wells in the international competition "The new children's book" of ROSMAN publishing house, in 2015.
